Awesome experience working with Chase Thomas at Pella to replace all windows in our home. From past experience we knew Pella windows were what we wanted. However, rather than just replacing windows in rooms facing our wooded view, Chase helped us move to windows that allowed more open, gorgeous views. Everything worked perfectly! Had Chase come out to give us a quote on a medium size project we needed redone. The previous sales team was so so but Chase won an uphill battle with his professionalism and non pushy attitude. We ended up deciding to go with Pella over the competition as we felt like we were getting more value even at a better price. The installation went remarkably smoothly and we couldn't be more pleased with the new windows. Will definitely look to use them again should the new projects arise.
