The Weather Tight team were friendly, extremely professional and communicated with us every step of the way. They repaired any rotten wood in the old frames after removing our old windows and replaced numerous boards before installing the new windows and doors to give us peace of mind! They even went a step further and replaced some cedar siding boards that had started to rot as well. Thank you for your attention to detail Weather Tight team!

The whole process from the salesperson (Mike) to the install and all along the way was excellent. We were kept informed throughout ordering, manufacturing, scheduling, and installation. Everyone we spoke to was pleasant, polite, and helpful. The new windows are beautiful and the installers made sure that all of the problems the old ones were rectified. Clean-up was well done and most appreciated.
