Blind & Shutter Gallery

We recently used Blind and Shutter Gallery for our remodel after shopping around 3 other companies. They provided us with roller shades and shutters. Pete came by and was great to work with in matching some existing rollers we had and walking us through the whole process. I applaud their customer service! Susan in the office along with the installers that came by were great. Somewhere along the line we had a discrepancy in the shutter size and they were quick to get the right ones in place. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new shades. Thanks guys.

I would highly recommend Blind and Shutter Gallery especially Kerry and Brandon. If I could give them 6/5 stars I would! Everything from scheduling an in-home appointment with Kerry to Brandon's professionalism, courtesy and kindness was outstanding! Brandon went above and beyond today. He did all the measurements for our new blinds and roller blinds and then called Hunter Douglas to ask about repairs to two 2010 blinds that are out of warranty. When they agreed to repair them at no cost, he very kindly removed them both for us and said someone will return to put up temporary privacy blinds while we wait for the repairs. This is outstanding Customer Service! Thank you Kerry and Brandon.

LOVE OUR NEW BLINDS! Great customer service from beginning to end. very responsive! I finally got to see the sun rise before work with my new electric shades.
