Eric ordered and installed plantation shutters in our bedroom and four large shades that are perfect for our floor to ceiling ocean view, with just enough transparency. We followed his expert advice on the type, color, and mechanism for raising/lowering the shades. We could not be happier! Since the installation (4 years ago) Eric has been very responsive to our questions and was happy to do a minor repair to a chain mechanism.
