Flow Yoga Center

I went to a Rihanna-themed Friday afternoon class at Flow and had so much fun! It was my first yoga class in years, so I was a bit nervous/intimidated at first, but the energy is so amazing and supportive! Definitely wanna check out more classes

Flow yoga center has great teachers and a variety of classes at a reasonable price. I am so glad I found them and appreciate the fact that they had such a great new member deal. This is the third yoga studio I tried in DC and they are by far my favorite.

I went to Flow Yoga Center for a Infrared Warm Vinyasa Flow class - loved it! It was my first class there. I appreciate the hospitality and kindness of staff members at the reception, and the professionalism of Chris, the yoga instructor. Also they have a lovely, clean, and well-designed studio.
