I recently had the opportunity to tour this location and was thoroughly impressed. It is undoubtedly one of the premier choices for prospective residents. Visited ASA Flats' SkyLounge for a get-together. It's an awesome rental space situated at the top of the building and affords an incredible view of the surrounding Portland area. Space itself is well accommodated and provisioned for most needs you might have. Recommended!

So far the staff has been great and the building is amazing. I have had great maintenance experiences so far. Quick and efficient. I will definitely be referring friends here.
