She took the time to help me explore different options, allowed me to try on various sizes, and was so attentive and personal with both my husband and me. I called in here and got paired up with Megan, who was very easy to work with, primarily because she kept me up to speed as we waited for rings to come in and such. Upon going in person today, she made pickup an easy, seamless process, and was even able to retroactively do something for me. In the end, I walked out with two rings and couldn’t be happier. I had a totally great experience working with Slava and Marx Jewelers on my unique ring / pendant project! Slava was collaborative in the design process, communicative as to the status of my ring creation, and came through with the finished project in exactly the estimated timeline. The 3D rendering and 3D printed model was so helpful in learning how the finished design would look, which was essential for someone indecisive like me! I really appreciated Slava’s advice about stone ratios, and how to mix metals to get the tricolor look I was going for - he is truly a wizard of his craft. I must also say that Marx pricing was fantastic, and I really shopped around before choosing to proceed with this project. I recommend this business and I will be back for future projects.

Highly recommend going to see Slava for your jewelry needs. Beautiful, quality custom work. When my engagement ring broke, they were able to make me a stronger replacement that looks just like the original which I loved. And then when I returned with family heirlooms to be modernized, they sent me home with a classic pair of beautiful studs and a pair of unique studs made from the original soldered setting that was cut out of the ring. I’m so glad I went to see them because now I get to wear pieces of my family every day instead of them sitting in the drawer and I don’t worry about my diamond falling out of my engagement ring anymore. The pictures really don’t do these pieces justice.

I found my dream ring here, and the owner was very professional and dedicated. I could really feel the owner's passion for his work. The quality is just as good as any big brand, but the price is much more reasonable. I'm so grateful to the owner!
