Our experience with Tony was great! A few months ago we test drove a Grand Highlander to make sure it was the car for our family. At the time their incoming ones were out of our budget so we didn’t reserve or get a car then. Fast forward a couple months and we had already reserved one at another dealership that was due to arrive in the next couple of weeks. Well I got a call from Tony saying they had one on the ground ready for purchase - if you’re familiar with these vehicles they are hard to come by and are almost always reserved months out! I was surprised he remembered us since we hadn’t talked since the test drive. I let Tony know that we did have one reserved in Eugene and he asked how much and went to see if his managers could match the price. To our surprise they could!! The next morning we drove up to Portland and the car was ours! Thank you Tony for remembering us and making sure I was able to get my dream car the day before Mother’s Day.

Initially I was helped by Richard, I was impressed with the customer services via phone since I’m located in Washington he sent me a detailed video of the car I was interested in. Then I was handed over to Katie, she was amazing, so helpful and positive spirit. I purchased my new Tesla Model X yesterday, so far it’s been amazing. Very happy.
