We visited the warehouse in April and when the original person we were supposed to meet with was unavailable, Alli jumped right in to help us design our tables and select all of the items we needed. Alli was prompt to respond to my many emails about adding/removing items to our order. Pick up and drop off was seamless - the warehouse team loaded and unloaded everything for us. I hosted a small event at my salon I needed some extra chairs for, the price and quality I got from Interstate was great! But honestly, from our check-in to check-out, all the staff we encountered were the absolute sweetest! My husband and I walked out acknowledging that must be such a great business to work for if that's your company all day! 10/10 highly recommend.
I have never rented party equipment before but had an incredible experience using Interstate. I needed some basics to accommodate 20 people for my baby shower - chairs, glassware, plates, silverware and tablecloths. I reserved everything just a few days in advance. The price was SO reasonable - $115 for everything. They didn't charge for the equipment by the day which I really appreciated, since we didn't have time for pickup and drop off the day of the event. The customer service was outstanding. They loaded everything in my car and drop off was seamless. I will 100% use them for any future party planning needs.
I have rented from Interstate many times, mostly for family and neighborhood gatherings. The rental items are always clean and in good shape, with a large selection to choose from. The cost of renting dish ware, glasses, and flatware is very reasonable and so worth not having to wash the dishes.
