My pup and I love this place so much! They truly care for my baby boy and always treat him so well and make him feel so welcome! I use their boarding services more often than their grooming, but I am always extremely satisfied with everything they do. They’re extremely affordable compared to other boarding places in town, and I also feel like my pup is in great hands. When I miss my pup over an extended period of time and request photos of him, they always send me the cutest pictures and videos and let me know how he’s doing. The staff is always so sweet to me and my boy. I cannot recommend this place enough!

My dog’s tail wags when we drop him off here. He hates being boarded and is not a fan of being without us, but I can tell that he likes it at Townhouse despite our absence. In all the places we have boarded in the past, this is the only one he shows signs of liking. Only drawback is their popularity, so make your reservations early!

Always excellent nail clipping service for my cat. We're in and out in about 10 minutes maximum. Appointments required.

MUDPUPPIES GROOMING ON LOMBARD REVIEWS

Highly recommend! The facilities are clean and fresh. Today was my dogs’ first groom there and neither of them were stressed after I picked them up. I followed my amazing groomer Robyn from her previous location to Mudpuppies. She’s absolutely the best! So careful that in five years no nicks or nail quicks. My dogs love going to see her to get big hugs and rocked in her arms. Go to Mudpuppies and ask for ROBYN!!

I have been taking our sweet 30 lb dog, Ona, to Mud Puppies for several years. Ona is sweet and timid but always loves to go to Mud Puppies. She loves the groomers and I know she's always in good hands when I drop her off.

My pup had an overgrown dew claw and they were able to get me in the same day for a trim. They were sensitive to her special needs and did a super job. Would definitely recommend!

Based on reviews I made an appointment for my dog. She was so overdue for a grooming. They got her in to fit my schedule. We got the call she was ready and had her picked up in 10-15 minutes. Gabby was happy and we were happy. Price was very reasonable. Second visit to do a cleanup and nail trim. Still impressed with efficiency and professionalism even in the midst of the remodel of the building exterior.

Kind and caring owners and groomers. My dog is anxious and they do a great job with her nails and baths. She's a lab so doesn't need haircuts. They also have a daycare and overnight care off-site. Haven't had a need to send my dog but I would trust them if I needed a sitter.

Did an amazing job with my pups grooming appointment and the staff member I worked with was very kind and made the whole experience very easy. Highly recommend!
