DAVID DOUGLAS DAY CARE REVIEWS

We cannot say enough about how awesome DDDC is. Our oldest started as a toddler and graduated from their preschool last summer, and our youngest started in their infant building last fall. It really feels like we're part of a big happy family. At every level the care is exceptional, and the programming is amazing. Get ready for the sweetest baby footprint art projects ever! Plus, they are flexible AND affordable. Have you ever come across a childcare facility that gives you sick day and vacation credits, not to mention the option to pause care for the summer at no cost?! Neither had we...until DDDC. Seriously, this place is a gem.

All three of my kids have attended David Douglas daycare for a portion of their early childhood years and we have had great experiences. The staff seems to really love and care about all the kids and each other. When one of my sons developed a sudden infatuation with baseball the owners engaged him regularly and even gave some leftover gear to him to practice at home. You can feel the difference of a local family business like this one.

Very happy with this local daycare! I had to scramble finding care quickly and the owner was nice and professional while on the tour who answered all of my questions. The registration was easy, center communication is great, classrooms are clean, and the teachers are happy, kind, and have great communication. I recommend this daycare to anyone in the Mill Park neighborhood.

BROOKLYN COOPERATIVE PRESCHOOL REVIEWS

This school is so wonderful! Being involved with a co-op school is amazing because you get so much out of it! I've gained great relationships and friendships with the other parents. I also love how connected I feel to the school, parents, the wonderful teacher (Teacher Merry) and the program itself. It's a clean safe place where my son has really blossomed and developed in mind blowing ways! All the kids are being lead with love each day. Couldn't be more happy with Brooklyn, and I'm very glad we have one more year after this one before he's off to Kindergarten!

Brooklyn is a super sweet, play-based preschool. We visited a number of different preschools and finally chose Brooklyn because of Teacher Merry. Teacher Merry is a wonderfully positive, patient, and caring person. I admire her cooperative spirit and the values that she models for the children on a daily basis.

My son attended Brooklyn Cooperative Preschool in 2016-2017 and 2017-2018. Before that my family had never been part of a co-op, I had no experience with working with children (save my own) and it was our very first experience at a preschool. Neither my husband or I had even attended preschool as children. From our first day there until our last we learned so much, we got to be creative and play and we had so much fun!

Here is the best preschool to send my kid to. He cannot speak a word of English and teachers are so kind and patient to teach him. He can understand all the command in one month. He can speak sentences around 3 months. All the teachers and co-teachers are full of love with kids. They knows the personality of kids and guild them in a proper way. The various classes are amazing including painting, dancing, yoga, reading, team-playing, nature-walk, language etc. last but not least, they are using apps to record, parents can see photos everyday and easy to communicate with teachers and get quick responses. So lucky to have my kid in the Pipster.

Pipster Prep NW is the best! I have one child who has graduated from the school and my 3 yo is currently a student there. The director and teachers are very caring and enthusiastic about providing the best nurturing environment for the preschoolers.

My son loves going to school at Pipster NW. I love the outdoor play, the structured learning, the arts and crafts. He loves showing off his projects and playing with his little friends. And the location is super convenient for us.
