HARRISON TOWER REVIEWS

I've absolutely loved living here and am genuinely sad to be leaving. We were lucky enough to have a unit with beautiful river and mountain views—it made early mornings something to look forward to. The building is perfectly located, right across from tram and bus lines, which made commuting without a car incredibly convenient. It's also close to charming coffee shops and the scenic river walk. The community here is warm and friendly, and in all my time living here, I never once had an issue with maintenance or finding an open washer or dryer. I'll truly miss this place and living in Portland.

Management, Security, and Maintenance staffing are incredible here! The communication is consistent and detailed. The response time is quick and efficient. And the staff is consistent about addressing issues and making continuous improvements for the residents! Staff knows their residents and really cares to check in and be as helpful as they can be. Security has only gotten better and better since living here. Views are great and the amenities are solid. The main improvement opportunities that corporate ownership should focus on include: Pricing, which is a bit steep for its location. Elevators, which seem to need to be fully replaced because of how often they need maintenance.

Sky is an excellent communicator and was on point with every single detail about the building. I felt welcomed and confident in my choices during our time together. The amenities are the cherry on top for a young professional. I highly recommend working with her for your next apartment.

I Toured these apartments last week , just hoping that the studio i had my eye was still there! but it wasn’t and even though i was pretty much like blah now . Sara Munoz did an amazing job still finding a few units in my price range and floor level!! I do not do reviews but if you guys tour here , i would ask for her by name she’s awesome !!!.

My five star review is not of the Ladd Tower. That’s a topic for a different day. This is to say thanks to the great great office person Nicole. I’ve been here years and we haven’t had one like her in a long time. Genuinely helpful, nice and welcoming each time we’re in the lobby and ACTUALLY responds to my emails!!! residents here are friendly and hangout and it’s a common feeling among who i’ve spoken to that Nicile is awesome!.

I want to say a big thank you to Josh and Rodrigo for doing an amazing job on my apartment, they spent a lot of time fixing the washer and dryer, they also fixed my toilet and shower, they also paid attention to some of the details that needed to be fixed in the bathroom. They did a perfect job, I want to give them 5 stars and also note that they are very great professionals. Thank you very much for your work!!!!!.

ASA's garden terrace floor with access to a gardening community is like a sanctuary in downtown Portland..rare find..I got into gardening thanks to ASA. I also lived a really long time here solely because of access to this garden from 2018-2024. I would love to move back just for this perk !.

Over the past year, we have had the pleasure of working with the dedicated staff at ASA FLATS and Lofts. Their team is hardworking, professional, and always willing to embrace new technologies to improve operations and resident experiences. We truly appreciate their responsiveness, adaptability, and forward-thinking approach.
