Cothron's Safe & Lock

I will absolutely ONLY go here for any of my key making or lock necessities! It's the worth, knowledge and experience that this family business has. People who truly care about the customer, they provide low cost services, but with service and workmanship that you will never see any where else in this city. Several times they have just given me keys for free to make sure they work and I always come back to pay for those keys because they always do work qand they absolutely deserve the recognition for being there for their community and fair and honest... I absolutely refuse to go to any hardware store or kiosk as long as Cothron's is here!!! I will be a Loyal customer for life.

I've been using Cothron's for as long as I've lived in Austin. I've never had a problem and they really know their stuff. Recently they replaced a door latch and it stopped working properly 2 days before the 90 warranty expired. They sent a very helpful gentleman to repair it. He felt that a different door latch would probably work better. Although he had to go back to his shop to get a part, he did so. Ryan was knowledgeable, professional and got the job done quickly and properly. I will continue to use Cothron's anytime I need help with locks.

Super satisfied with my visit. Fidel duplicated some keys for me and he gave me a brief lesson in different types of keys. The shop is cool to visit too if you want to be warped back in time about 20 years.
