We had a great experience at Austin Natural Mattress. We walked in with an idea of what we wanted but needing to understand the product more. Charles was very knowledgeable about the product (Avocado) and seemed very honest and willing to share his own experiences with different products in the store. We expected to get a better price from the brand online but we actually ended up with a better deal by shopping locally at Austin Natural Mattress. They also match the brand's return policy if needed so overall they definitely had the more competitive and customer-friendly offering. I'm glad we went into the store to try the products in person because it ultimately influenced our decision. It was a bonus that we ended up walking out with a better deal than expected. Would highly recommend this retailer to anyone.

We had such a wonderful experience at Austin Natural Mattress! Charles was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. He made deciding on the perfect mattress so easy and stress-free. He wasn’t pushy at all, answered all of our questions with patience, and made sure we felt confident in our choice. We’ll definitely be coming back for future mattress needs. Highly recommend this place and Charles in particular.

Julio C was fantastic. I have bought every mattress I own from Mattress Firm in Capitol Plaza. I have always had good service but JulioC was by far the best. No rushing, he just gave me the information I needed to make my decision. Help me figure out what was perfect for getting rid of the pain I was experiencing for the old mattress I had. Julio C is why I will keep returning to this store and the good service I received from Julio C. Thank you again.

Mike at the capital plaza store went above and beyond any salesman I have dealt with in recent years. He listened to my problem and gave solutions that enabled me to buy a box springs to fit our needs. Other places I went would not even listen to my problem. He helped me and gave options if his solution did not work. I was so impressed. I will definitely return to Mattress Firm for my bedding needs. Please give Mike a deserved thank you from a happy customer.

Austin Premier Mattress has the friendliest and best personalized service. Shannon was the best. He was very informative and allowed me all the time I needed to sample all the mattresses. I felt very at ease dealing with Shannon. He was so friendly and personable. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the mattresses they sell. Had a really positive sales experience here with Shannon. Was great to buy from a local company and not a large national chain. Also really appreciated the fact that Shannon wasn’t trying to just upsell me and push more expensive products to me. Not to mention the mattress I eventually settled on seems to be exactly what I was looking for and couldn’t find at other places.

These guys are the absolute best! They carry every level and type of mattress you might want including some great ones of their own brand. They are kind and ethical and easy to work with. I highly recommend this business!
