Matt and Jacob were extremely helpful and kind during the entire process. I was always aware of what was going on with the car and got daily updates from Jacob. On too of all the great customer service, the work they did was great too! I can’t even tell that anything happened to the car! I have never had to get body work done on a car before, and it was hard to find a trustworthy place, but if Caliber Collision is hiring people like Jacob and Matt, they are a no-brainer! This was a fantastic experience and I will definitely be coming back any time I need to have repairs done.

Jacob did an outstanding job of communicating with me and keeping me informed of every detail throughout the process. When there was a delay, returning the car to me because of the insurance company, he assisted in communicating with all parties to facilitate an earlier return. Scott did a flawless job fixing my bumper. Excellent customer service all around and great location! The whole experience was easier than expected, and they even returned my car to me cleaner than when I left it.

The team there, in my experience with two different vehicles was positive. Both vehicles were returned in flawless and clean condition. The staff has always been courteous to me even when I had a concern. Their partnership with Enterprise (just down the road from the shop) made it quite easy to receive and return the rental vehicle. All in all, if I need to see them again, I'd choose this location again in a heartbeat.

I had such a great experience with Crash Collision. They handled a complicated repair on my car, and the results are fantastic, it looks as good as new. Jose was wonderful about keeping me updated throughout the process, and he even took care of all the communication with Enterprise for my rental car, which made everything so much easier. I truly felt taken care of every step of the way. Highly recommend Crash Collision for anyone needing quality work and excellent customer service!

Fantastic team! They made my car look practically brand new! Throughout the process they kept me in the loop on what was going on and explained why everything needed to be done. Highly recommended if you need body work done.
