Fairmont Austin was an amazing place to stay. Sol at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the luxury feel of the hotel, the price was great, and I loved the rooftop and the views. All of the servers and bartenders at the pool were excellent as well as the bellmen. We loved the Tesla vehicle and company cars to use for short rides around town. I highly recommend Fairmont Austin!
I had a great experience at this hotel. They offer a variety of nice amenities. The bar serves delicious food, and I highly recommend trying their croissants at the coffee bar - they are simply delicious! The caffe latte is also quite good. The rooms are spacious and come with great amenities from Le Labo. Thank you to the staff for everything.
We stayed here back in November. It was a very late check in and the entire staff made us feel so welcome. Check in was quick and we were so thankful to receive a complimentary upgrade. The next few days we stayed there were great. Out of all the Austin hotels this is by far our favorite. We will be back soon!

THE DRISKILL REVIEWS
Yesterday, I enjoyed the most magical experience! I was meeting a friend for lunch at the Driskill and arrived early to tour the hotel. Everyone was helpful and courteous. The entire hotel is glorious, and I can't wait to come back to dine and for events. We ate at 1886, and Madison was an incredible ambassador for the elegance of this establishment. Her level of care and attention was extraordinary, and her enthusiasm for the Driskill helped me fall in love with the place. We enjoyed dining in the lobby area among the art and beauty. Finally, my husband is a chef, and great food is our passion. Never have I tasted such glorious jam or an omelette so divine! Several years ago, we watched "The Hundred-Foot Journey" movie. Helen Mirren's character asked the aspiring chef to cook her an omelette. I did not fully understand then--but I certainly do now after eating the Lady Bird Omelet at 1886! I am counting the moments to return for sunrise breakfast and high tea. Thank you for an afternoon I will cherish.
Absolutely stunning hotel it was amazing. I sat at the bar and shared some drinks with a friend and the atmosphere is great we enjoyed ourselves very much. Every part of the hotel we saw was great! We saw a group of people taking a tour and I plan on doing that soon and coming back!
Beautiful historical hotel. The café is delightful. I did not stay in the rooms but I’m sure they’re also quite lovely. Perfect location if you like to visit Austin for music.

JW MARRIOTT AUSTIN REVIEWS
I love this hotel. It has everything you need for a week stay or for just an overnight trip. The rooms are warm and comfortable and plenty of amenities to occupy your time. The staff went above and beyond in getting us taken care of and checked in early and there is enough dining, shopping and entertainment within walking distance so you can park the car and stretch the legs.
Had an event at the JW, Marriott, Austin and the lobby bar For about 70 people and at the last minute the bartenders will, Tim, and Brooke were able to accommodate our group. The event went off extremely well, and was a huge success. We are so grateful to the bar staff For being able to staff up so And being able to serve us without issue. Thank you so much!
