I am so satisfied with the service provided by Pella! My husband and I found Pella on a whim, and walked into their Austin showroom floor and met Phil. Phil was very knowledgeable and listened to exactly what we were looking for. He understood that we were on a budget and so he didn’t try and upsell us to the most expensive. He truly listened to our wants and needs and helped us find the perfect fit for doors for our house. Following this initial visit at the show room, Phil was able to come out to our house to do a more thorough fitting and detention of what we were looking for. Phil came with all the bells and whistles! He had samples of all the colors and finishes so that we could feel confident in what we were choosing for our home. Phil treated us like family and really made this process very painless and efficient! He also ensured we got the best deal we possibly could! As young homeowners (in our 30’s), the price of materials and labor is important to us, especially as a couple that have dealt with horrible contractor experiences in the past. Phil made us feel both comfortable and confident in the direction we decided to go. If you’re looking for doors, Pella is the place! Alan and his crew were amazing. They installed 8 windows within several hours, by noon they were done, after that they cleaned everything including window glass. I was completely hand-off. I love my new windows so much.

Window world is awesome! Cost is by far better than any other company. Average was about 2-3k a window if you did the math, however other company’s never gave a breakdown of cost just the large grand total. The sales man also didn’t try to hassle me for hours. He provided quick measurements and a great information on Window world products. Took about three weeks from time of order to install. It’s made a huge difference on appearance to our home! Also the house is much cooler. The AC has ran about 2-2.5 hours less each day since with outside temps still above 90. I’ve provided before and after pictures.

Window World of Austin was recommended to us by some friends and we couldn't be happier. We were previously told the project would take $20K and 2 weeks. They did it for half of that and in 6 hours! Everyone from start to finish were friendly and helpful. The crew was fast, efficient, and so polite. They cleaned up everything after the job was completed. Communication was great. They also offer a great financing option. We are hoping to use them again for the windows at our business.

Love the quality and the final look of the windows and doors. I had a quote from another window company that closely matched Window World, but they added extras (such as scaffolding to do second floor windows) and their “contract” was 8 pages long! Window World’s estimate and contract was one page and easy to see the final cost (and I could get financing!) From the initial estimate and measurements to window and door replacement, the crew were considerate and answered my questions along the process. I’ll continue to recommend them to anyone who is looking at window replacement.
