Excellent customer service! I knew what I was looking for when I went to the store so it was a seamless process. The salesman I was working with was amazing! I believe his name was Andre. They only had 1 out the 3 couches in store to view but I loved the one they had. Prices are so good and the couch is perfect. Well made and sturdy. Cushions are much larger than I thought which was great. Very comfortable and spacious. It is firm but not stiff. Delivery was great. I love the live updates on the app. The drivers were kind and took care of my couch when bringing in. Just beware they only go up 3 flights of stairs unless there is an elevator. I’m on the 4th floor and was worried it wouldn’t fit in our elevator but thankfully it did. I just had the drop off option which was totally fine because it was so simple to remove the packaging and attach the legs. Thank you Rooms to Go! I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

I had to go into rooms to go because of an issue with the furniture that I purchased from them. It wasn’t the quality of the furniture as much as the delivery guys did not do a very good job of assembling. Their service department called me after We have exhausted, all hope of repairing this furniture set. They inform me that I could go into the store and pick out new furniture of equal value. The sales lady, Leslie, did an amazing job in helping me sort this situation out. Thank you so much Leslie Jenny and I really appreciated everything you did. All of the furniture in my house comes from rooms to go, and after this experience, we will continue to shop there to save money and continue to receive high-quality service.

rom start to finish, my girlfriend and I had such a great experience with Rooms To Go. Michel helped us out right away and when we found the couch we wanted he made sure we were taken care of. When our couch finally arrived, the two gentlemen that assembled everything were quick, friendly and efficient. We are extremely happy with our service and especially our new couch.

Went to Mega Furniture today looking for a new living room couch. Seven (like the number), was the name of our sales representative. He was very friendly, he listened, and he provided great suggestions. Best part was he provided a great balance of space and attention and did not hover! (I hate that!) He allowed several moments of privacy so my family and I could discuss things in private and make the right decision for our new family room couch! Oh and did I mention he made a great deal and was able to negotiate the final price on our purchase! I will definitely go back to work with Seven again for our next big furniture purchase. He was very patient, nice and no pressure was added he worked at our pace and ended up finding us a nice cool addition to our game room!
