I wanted to find a local jeweler in Austin for my engagement ring since local feels more special to me than a chain retailer. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Caleesi! I worked with Cathy on designing my ring and finding the perfect stone (she knocked it out of the park on her first try with the sapphires she had sourced). She was incredibly patient and responsive both in person and via email, and worked solely with my fiance toward the end so the rest could be a surprise for me. I also had Caleesi resize my great great grandmother’s engagement ring. I was very nervous letting it go because of sentimental value, but these guys really know what they’re doing. The ring was returned to me looking brand new and now fits perfectly!

Everything was super smooth from the start! I went in for a consultation to see about getting a band made to fit flush around my engagement ring. I brought in some inspo pics and we went ahead and moved forward with the process. They had a 3D printed ring made, so I was able to go in and try the ring on and make sure it fit how I wanted it to around my engagement ring before having the actual ring made. The whole process was efficient, the communication from Dylan was excellent throughout the process, and the rest of the staff was really friendly! I love my new addition to my stack!
