Living at Riata has been an amazing experience! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and full of great amenities, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional management team. Callie, the Property Manager, goes above and beyond for residents. She’s incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about making sure everyone feels at home. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, Callie handled it quickly and with a smile. Her attention to detail and commitment to resident satisfaction make all the difference. Highly recommend Riata—thanks to Callie and the team for creating such a great place to live!.

I moved into the Riata June 20th and have absolutely loved my experience from the start. Kirsten worked with me on my lease and was extremely helpful from start to finish. The property itself and all the amazing amenities have been so great. Having 9 pools to choose from is also a huge plus. The gym is huge! It’s very clean and even has fitness classes and saunas. I never expected to be so pleased with an apartment but I’ve never felt safer anywhere before. My family loved it so much and I have a family members about to sign their lease as well because they fell in love with everything about it. Tara has also been such a great help as well as all the other staff even the front desk girls are the best! 11/10 recommend moving here.

I've received outstanding assistance from Kirsten, senior leasing consultant at Riata, from my initial phone inquiries to our tour of the property to signing my new lease for my dream place! Kirsten went above and beyond, attentive to my needs and desires in searching for an apartment; promptly responded to my numerous questions, processed my application and paperwork, and provided all administrative documents and services on time, with a courteous, patient, and friendly attitude. I can't express my gratitude for her amazing help in finding me the perfect place I can call home. 5 stars!.

The tour she gave of the floor plan I was interested in was thorough and enjoyable—highly recommend connecting with her for this complex's offerings.

Everyone in the office is super friendly. Hunter helped me out when my printer was having issues and printed out my work resume for me. Much appreciated!.

I would like to thank maintenance technician Michel Eduardo for the excellent work he did yesterday afternoon when he repaired my air conditioner. He was very helpful. Highly recommended.

I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment, and the maintenance team has been especially helpful. A day ago, I had an issue with my smoke detectors beeping repeatedly, and Bobby from maintenance promptly came to assist. He quickly identified the problem, replaced a defective smoke detector, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Bobby was professional, efficient, and genuinely kind and helpful. It’s great to know that the maintenance team is reliable and responsive when needed. Highly recommend this place!.

I love my apartment and love the location and the convenience to get around. The office staff are friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys are wonderful and on top of everything. If there are delays, they communicate and let me know why and when. Everyone (office team and maintenance team) has gone above and beyond to help me and welcome me. Renting a place can come with challenges when you are surrounded by other renters who don’t care and treat rentals poorly. What makes a place stand out is how the team steps up to address these issues. In my experience, the management team and maintenance team are top notch!.

I moved here from out of state in the summer & the staff has always been friendly & helpful throughout the process. Even now, Derrick continuously helps with any situation or questions I have promptly & with kindness. I think it’s a great place to live - great location - close to Zilker Park, Barton Springs, and about 12 minutes from downtown. Also, the amenities are great!.
