3 Best Addiction Treatment Centers in Rochester, NY

I was assigned Arlene as a therapist March of 2022. Arlene and I have one on ones monthly. She always puts me first, helps with solve thru my problems I’m dealing with in early sobriety. Also provides me with resources and self help books to help me work on myself outside of therapy. Also Laura is my peer advocate, she is always a phone call away, meets me at AA meetings and is a great friend along being a great support for me. Laura goes ABOVE and BEYOND her expectations. She truly cares for her clients & their journey with early sobriety. During active use, she made sure I made it to detox and I was in a safe place. She is a great example of what a sober woman is. Set a great example for new patients. I truly wouldn’t be where I am at if it wasn’t for Laura & Arlene When I get my vivatrol injection, Mayra the PA, always takes time out of her day to say hello to me. 5 stars for Huther Doyle.

I’ve been going here for addiction treatment for about 5 years. The doctors care! the nurse cares! They went above and beyond to help my husband and I. He lost his job because the company went under, so we weren’t insured because paperwork wasn’t filed correctly or something. Either way feeling extra grateful for the people who have been helping in my care for so many years! Making sure we are good on all fronts for many years.

Huther Doyle has been a great help for me in the past few months. I highly suggest Marcus Allen as a counselor. Both his groups and one-on-one meetings have been great. He has been positive influence on my life in all aspects. Front desk staff is also very kind and helpful.

I just left detox and am being transferred to one of their facilities early next week for impatient. The bad reviews are absolutely not true and appalling. Their food is good, especially their macadamia nut cookies. Everyone cares that works there. People have to want to work a program and get help. It is really that simple. You get your own personal TV, they encourage you to get well, and I thought the food was great. They even have a gym. My phone was completely dead and they searched for a charger that a staff member let the counselor borrow. They offer healthy choice snacks. The nurses are very kind. I just can't believe what people are saying about a place I literally just left 15 hours ago. They even went to cvs abs picked up my medication for me and got it in a couple of hours. Please do not believe all these negative reviews. On a side note when I was detoxing I thought I was dying. So maybe that is why people are so spiteful and do not follow through. Best of luck to anyone that needs help;).

I can't imagine what people are going through i can only ask questions to learn not judge someone called me they overdose 4 times ,thinking not one person cares, well I made him a promise you get help for 90 day's or more and I will help you, he was on both drinking and drug's he came here to HELIO I WAS ABLE TO TALK TO A FEW DIFFERENT PEOPLE ABOUT WHAT IS BEST FOR HIM THEY ALL WHERE 100% Professional and caring i went on to look at the ratings omg it was bad I was like omg he's not going to make it he would walk into a place f.y.i not this one and he would last a day he is on day 8 and loves everything about this place from the bed to the workout rooms t.v not one bad thing has came out of his mouth he even loves the staff I would rate this a 10 out of 10 I can't tell you how to live your life .what I can say is you only have one .I promise reach out they will 100%put the work in if you put that hard work toooo xoxo.

I went to this inpatient detox facility, and will recommend this place to any and every one wanting to get clean. This facility is wonderful.
