I went to the Urgent Care to have my shoulder looked at after I fell. I was in and out within 1 1/2 hours. This included time for X-rays. The doctor had a wonderful bedside manner. He thoroughly explained everything to me and asked me at least 3 times if I had any questions. I highly recommend Dr Adam Durfee at Well Now Urgent Care in Greece, NY.

I was treated by PA Katelyn Tivey for a respiratory infection. She was thorough, professional and friendly. She explained everything and prescribed the right meds to help me feel better. The wait was quite long, but that was not her fault. I highly recommend PA Tivey.

From the receptionist to the PA all the staff were friendly and kind . The offices were clean and neat. I was taken back right at my appointment time and seen shortly after. PA Oliver Coleprete was patient, knowledgeable and made his diagnose and recommendations to me easy to understand.

Supreme service all around. The best experience I have had w the medical industry in a long time. Kaitlyn was so amazing. She needs a major raise! After a quick diagnosis, blood lab work and prescription pick up were all set up so fast that I was able to do all 3 tasks within an hour and a half. I didn't think that was possible in this day and age. Thank you Kaitlyn! You are a treasure.

The office is clean and very comfortable. The office staff are polite and patient and the providers are very caring and understanding.They take their time with you and explain everything very carefully. They will always be my 1st choice for urgent care.

Cornerstone is a really great medical facility. The medical staff were pleasant and professional. I would recommend Cornerstone for medical care.

URGENT CARE NOW REVIEWS

When my partner injured themselves later in the night, this was the only urgent care still open in the area. We got there about 15 minutes before they closed, but they could not have been kinder, more empathetic, or helpful! The entire staff was relaxed and friendly, which helped a lot, and the PA was very informative about what was going on and next steps. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Greatly appreciate the knowledge, skill, friendliness, compassion and empathy of the entire staff. From checkin to taking vitals to evaluation by PA Allison to x-rays to diagnosis explanation to next steps. Everything you could want from an urgent care center. An entirely positive experience.

Always a great experience at this urgent care. The staff is so friendly and great with my young kids! Have never waited to be seen and will continue to come here over other urgent cares in the area.
