I am so thankful we found Allen's Creek Family Optometry! We were told for many years there was nothing we could do to improve my 14 year old son's vision in his left eye as he has very little vision in his eye. I did some online research and came across vision therapy and was lucky enough to find a local practice that did it. Dr. Kaplow gave us the hope we were looking for, she was very knowledgeable and informative. I had tears is my eyes after seeing my son's reaction when he was fitted with a contact to help improve his eyesight. With the contact lense and eye therapy I know my son's eye will improve and he will gain more confidence. Thank you Dr. Kaplow for giving us hope!.

The staff here is amazing. They were so patient and so kind to my daughter who was nervous. Doctor Joan went into great detail and gave flyers as well to better understand everything mentioned. She even put my daughter on a waiting list for her evaluation for OT and Vision Therapy! I would recommend then.

Excellent care with all options explained thoroughly. First time visit was beyond expectations. I ordered both progressive glasses and sunglasses.

Dr. Guy is Very knowledgeable as a doctor, friendly and is highly respected by the professionals in the optometric community - I know, I'm in the industry. He also does a lot for the community as he organized & managed community outreach and eye screening programs to help kids at Special Olympics+++. You'll get a Top level service at the Family Vision Center. I'd go no where else in Rochester for my family's eyecare needs.

I truly can’t say enough good things about Family Vision Center. Whether it be a routine eye exam or an eye emergency (and unfortunately I’ve had a couple of those over the past few years) they are kind, efficient and accommodating. Eye pain and vision problems are very stressful but the team here will make you feel at ease and cared for. The entire staff from the receptionist(s) to the doctors are exceptional. I highly recommend them! Thank you Family Vision Center!.

The "fishing line" holding one of my lenses snapped during the blustery President's Day weather and they were SO kind to fix it when I stopped in during my lunch break. Saved my day! THANK YOU!.
