Our senior Pekingese got very sick very suddenly on a weekend and we were fortunate enough to get a late drop off appointment at the urgent care here. At 5.30pm on a Saturday we didn't know if we would even be bringing her home but the wonderful team here brought her back for us, everything they did for her was spot on, and their bedside manner was wonderful. The bill was also a lot less than I expected, especially for emergency care for an animal who is not a regular patient. Really very impressed with everything, and she is doing so much better!.

Our girl Mattie gave us a fright on a Sunday morning. Pittsford Animal Hospital and Animal Urgent Care got her right in that day to start supportive care and scheduled an abdominal ultrasound for the following morning. Turns out she had an inflammation of her pancreas. We couldn't be anymore grateful for the wonderful staff for their help. Our girls mean the world to us.

The best Veterinary Hospital around. She takes time explaining everything going over everything and the reasons why your pup may have some issues. Dr is the absolute best. Thank you for the excellent care for Guinevere.

COLDWATER ANIMAL HOSPITAL REVIEWS

My cat, Teddie, who I adopted a few days ago wasn’t eating or drinking and my vet couldn’t get him in. When I called Coldwater Animal Hospital the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She was able to schedule an appointment that same day! Everyone there was so nice and helped us.

My little prince Cosmo had massive swelling in his leg and I had been calling emergency vets all day long with no good results but coldwater was able to work around and fit us in for an emergency case. They helped my little kitty so fast, staff and service was absolutely amazing and my little fur baby felt so calm and comfortable with them! They are an amazing place filled with wonderful people who you absolutely can trust with your animals.

My dog has had both ACL's repaired here so I decided to completely switch over. Don't regret this choice for a moment. They know how to take care of my anxious rottie. Would give them a higher rating if I could.

The people at Rochester Community Animal Clinic were better than we had hoped for. I could feel a sense of confidence when I dropped off Poncho because the techs and surgeon were experienced and professional. They gave me the information I needed to follow up with my dogs recovery. The dog is mending nicely.

I’ve had two cats neutered there. And the third one scheduled. Everyone working there is wonderful. Even with my scaredy cat that managed to escape and run around the room. They were compassionate and professional.

Great vet. She was very thorough and took her time with my Finley. She is the best ever! She didn't rush the visit, and she checked every part of him. Thank you so much.
