Dr. Mike and Dr. Sean are absolutely incredible to work with! I cannot recommend them enough. I’ve seen them for shoulder and low back pain and they are so knowledgeable and amazing to work with! I always feel so much better after visiting them.

Dr. Mike listened to my story, worked to educate me in very basic remedies that proved valuable in improving my general health and well being. He is a ‘cool’ fellow. I am grateful for taking the step to work with the organization.

I play college softball at the Univerdity of Rochester. I tore my UCL and came to Dr. Mike for rehab. He created a fun, enjoyable environment for PT. I looked forward to going every week and appreciated his support to get me back on the field.

The entire staff at BURD has been so pleasant and helpful. 2025 was an extremely difficult year for me. I was in a car wreck that injured my shoulders and muscles I didn't even know I had! I've also been going through family health problems that led to me being out of state care-giving for my 2 parents for 2 months. During all of this there was confusion about my no fault paperwork that has led to delays in payment to BURD, but through the entire process they have been kind and compassionate. I am truly thankful my GP recommended them, and I would recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy for small scale or large scale. I saw a very diverse clientele there, ranging from young children to senior citizens. I never once felt uncomfortable, and looked forward to chatting with the staff each visit.

The therapists at Burd Pittsford are amazing! They listen to what is going on and how your injury/ recovery is affecting you and help focus your recovery on what makes sense for your life. And the flexibility of their hours make it easy to fit everything into your schedule. Love them.

I have worked twice now with Briana Brown at Burd PT. My recent visits were for a shoulder injury. She had the right exercises to get me feeling so much better and gave me a program to follow at home. I highly recommend her and Burd for any PT or OT needs.
