3 Best Massage Therapy in Rochester, NY

My boyfriend booked us a couples massage as a birthday gift. It was my first massage ever, and I was extremely nervous. As soon as we met Debbie and Karl, my nerves melted away! We arrived 15 mins early, as instructed in our confirmation email and were greeted immediately by Debbie and Karl. They took us right back, and explained the process. They also asked if we had any problem areas we wanted focused on. They were extremely professional and made us feel very comfortable. The heated beds were AMAZING, and I drifted off to sleep a few times. I had strained my neck a couple of weeks prior and noted that I would like that area to be focused on. The next day, I was relieved completely of any discomfort! I cannot say enough great things about this establishment. I’ve been recommending them to everyone who has asked me about my experience. We can’t wait to book another one.

Joanna gives the best facials! Wearing masks all day at work for the last year left me with a swollen painful face. Joanna takes the time to assess and come up with an individualized treatment plan to address all my concerns. She reaches out with recommendations answers all of my questions and even found me a great home cleaning routine that fits with my busy schedule. Very professional and accommodating and have already recommended to all of my friends.

I came here for my first ever facial, which is how I met Joanna. She is the best! So knowledgable with everything she uses from tools to products. Always takes great care of me, and so easy to talk to. Joanna helped me adjust to a new skin care routine, now my skin has never looked or felt better! Great experience every time, I won’t go anywhere else.

I love it there and have been going there for many years both for foot and body massages. The reason I will not give them 5 stars is that the last two times I have been there, I have noticed lots of cob webs in the corners and the ceiling panel that is open to the air ducts is CLOGGED with dust. I get that it's dark in there and that it's maybe hard to see those sorts of things but it is a place for wellness and it sorta kills the vibe to see those things.

Always consistently great at this establishment. I go a few time a year and never have less than an excellent experience. Aldo if you make an appointment and park in the city parking lot attached Happy Feet will validate your parking. Just take your license plate # inside with you and get it validated there, don't scan and pay in the lot.

AMAZING!! Salon owner & stylist here... my feet are TIRED. I leave feeling so much relief. Happy to say my feet remain much happier going every 2 weeks. What a difference!!! I even have my spouse attending with me, he loves it.
