Canlis built by Peter Canlis and architect Roland Terry in 1950; brothers Mark and Brian Canlis presently run the milestone property. Three generations of the Canlis family have embraced visitors to Seattle's most recognized and celebrated establishment. It has three separate rooms, each with floor-to-ceiling glasses that gives extensive views of the city, Lake Union and the Cascade mountains beyond. Their private rooms range in capacity, accommodating from 2 to 100 visitors, and they gladly welcome rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, family reunions, anniversary parties, business banquets, and board gatherings. Canlis' delivery drivers, will appear within one hour of the time you have chosen, for example, if you picked a 3 pm meal they will come between 3 pm and 4 pm; so you can get everything from your cravings needs.

Lowell's Restaurant family has been assisting the public for close to 100 years. It remarkably has three floors of accommodation, all giving world-class scenes of the Olympic Mountains, the boats crossing Puget Sound, and a seagull's way of the Port of Seattle. On the first and third floors, you reserve first with the cashier/barista and then find a view seat, and your meal will follow you quickly. The second floor, "View Lounge," gives legendary "sit down" table setting as well as a full bar variety of unique handmade cocktails, microbrews, and wine. Lowell's Restaurant proud to be the destination conference spot of locals gathering to go out elsewhere, and business travelers utilize their relaxed, centrally located lunch location. Their three floors seated up to 150 guests have a fabulous degree of flexibility.
