Specialty:
“Canlis has been Seattle’s landmark fine-dining destination for 70 years, serving modern Pacific Northwest food in a midcentury-modern setting. This restaurant was built by Peter Canlis and architect Roland Terry. Today, it’s run by brothers Mark and Brian Canlis. For three generations, the Canlis family has welcomed guests to one of Seattle’s most well-known restaurants. The place has three dining rooms with large windows that offer great views of the city, Lake Union, and the Cascade Mountains. They have private rooms that can host anywhere from 2 to 100 people, perfect for events like wedding dinners, family gatherings, anniversaries, business meetings, and more. Their delivery drivers arrive within one hour of your selected time, so if you choose 3 p.m., your order will arrive between 3 and 4 p.m. Their popular dishes include the Canlis Salad, Fish, Kampachi, and Smoked Cacao Nougatine. Valet parking is also available. A private dining room and reservations are also available.”
