JAPONESSA SUSHI COCINA REVIEWS
We had some of the best sushi we've ever had. We were seated super fast despite not having a reservation. Service was good and pleasant though pretty terse. Our six rolls didn't take long to come. My favorite was the Diabla Say. Two rolls with any appetizer are enough to fill most people here. We'll be back should we find ourselves in Seattle again.
Great service, great food! The host was able to seat us even though we had a reservation for the wrong day. He was very accommodating. Our server was lovely and we enjoyed her recommendations. Food was tasty, great menu selection. Make sure to leave some room for dessert.
Japonessa Sushi is a very tasty sushi restaurant in the heart of downtown Seattle. It is a little on the pricey side but this is to be expected with a high-quality sushi restaurant. I have taken my family here many times, and I would highly recommend it for high-quality fresh fish, and great Japanese food. The service is great and the atmosphere is clean and friendly.

UMI SAKE HOUSE REVIEWS
Made it in for happy hour! Food was delicious and service was excellent. Everything we had was fresh and flavourful. We will definitely be back! Shout out to Ryan who was friendly, knowledgeable about the food, and super sweet! Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks for making our anniversary dinner so enjoyable!
I came here for a date night with my partner. Upon coming in, the ambiance was amazing. I felt so out of place as I rarely went out for dinner. The server/service was impeccable. They came by every so often to double-check on my table. The fish was fresh, rolls tasted amazing, dessert A+. My favorite roll was the demonslayer roll. My partner got the orange rush. The highlight of the night was the matcha tiramisu. Would come back again.
Oh my goodness, best sushi in Seattle!! The specialty rolls are so good and do worth it!! They're huge and filling and extremely tasty. I've never been to a sushi place with so many amazing roll options!! They also had some very good sake cocktails!! Service and atmosphere was great too! SO GOOD!!

SHIRO'S SUSHI RESTAURANT REVIEWS
I did the omakasea and the food was amazing. Like hands down the best sushi you will ever eat. Customer service before, is waiting in a dirty closet. The bathroom is down a dirty hall, shared and you need a code to use it. Seating was late. But yeah the chefs and meals were amazing. Especially loving umami for the first time. I would go back for the food, not the service.
First time here, and definitely more to come. Absolutely love the food and the service. We also enjoyed the conversations with chef Kurisu and chef Yuhei. They made the dining experience extremely pleasant. Highly recommend dining at the bar.
Omakase is not going to be a cheap option, but Shiro's was really reasonably priced with a remarkable 19 pieces. The fish was fresh and delicious, and each plated selection complimented the other pieces well. This is definitely one of the best sushi places I've been to in Seattle.
