ARISTA CATERING REVIEWS

I used Arista for my wedding a few years ago and had such a great experience, I chose them for my organization to cater a 2,400 student event in downtown Seattle this March. The students, teachers, and chaperones LOVED the food and prices were better than anyone could've found a la carte somewhere downtown. The sandwiches and sides were hearty, restaurant-quality and an unbelievably reasonable price. The dinner fiesta bowl dinner concept was also a hit! Arista worked with us to accommodate all dietary restrictions and preferences as well, including flavorful and filling vegan options. Two weeks before our event, the venue who had agreed to host the meal distribution for free changed their mind. After a week of frantically searching for locations who could host buffets for 2,400 people, Arista agreed to the MASSIVE operational pivot of pre-boxing the picnic meals and overhauling the dinner menu–all keeping within our original budget. The team delivered hundreds of picnic boxes neatly packed, labeled, and organized by school. They even drove to the new distribution location a few days before to scope out the logistics and ensure everything could flow in an organized manner. If you have ANY catering needs West of the mountains, Arista is your LOCAL team for auctions, fundraisers, weddings, and more.

So happy we hired Arista for our annual gala auction at St. Thomas More School. Brandon made sure every detail was covered and very willing to work with all our different ideas. The staff were all quick, professional, and kind. The whole event went smoothly and most of all the food was delicious! Would highly recommend Arista for any large event.

We used Arista Catering for a summer event and the food was fantastic. The food was plentiful and I feel like we got a lot of value for the price. The staff was also great to work with, on time and very friendly. We'll definitely use Arista again.

HERBAN FEAST REVIEWS

We had the absolute best experience working with Herban Feast team for our wedding! The food delicious, with guests coming up to us during our reception to remark on their dinner. Everyone we worked with the HF team was so helpful and focused on guest experience. From our initial tasting, to our coordinator Mary, to the team that shows up day-of, you felt taken care of and like this team has thought of everything to do with food/guest service. Special shout-out to our server Sally, who was so kind throughout the day. It was their first time catering at our venue, but you’d think it was the 100th. The HF team is a well-oiled machine and will carry your day off excellently.

Herban Feast catered for our wedding at Parties on the Terrace on 5/21/22. The food was incredible, the staff were kind and gracious, and the bar tenders made some amazing drinks. Katie our planner helped us think through the big picture down to the little details (like having a private moment with my husband after the ceremony - complete with appies and drinks!) They helped coordinate our linen and dinnerware rentals, etc. which was a huge help since we didn't know where to start. After 2.5 years of wedding postponements, they were a big part of making our day feel really special. Thank you.

Looking back on the event, it felt flawless. Working with Herban Feast Catering made everything easy. We felt taken care of in the lead up to the event. At the event, their staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Our guests were served in a timely manner with very delicious and beautiful food. You know it's good when the guests are all talking about the food. Working with Herban Feast real helped our event shine.

Gourmondo is amazing! The boxed meals are great for events and I heard so much feedback on how delicious it was. The deliveries were timely and accommodating; every person I talked to was great! I really appreciated the website ease too and how easy it was to edit an order as well as call in for assistance for allergies etc. Highly recommend.
