He quickly identified the insects as non termite and then went about our home checking for the source of our insects in the house. During his inspection he was educating us on just what the problem was and how they made their way in. He diligently checked the entire house for any signs of termites and explaining as he went just how to fix any potential problems in a way easily understood. We were very impressed with his respect of our home wearing booties during the whole process and at the same time being educational about why there was potential problems. As a result we inquired about servicing our house on a regular schedule and were quite pleased with the process as he explained how it worked and why it was done the way he explained. We had read the reviews prior to his arrival and all of the positive attributes put forward were also visible in his visit to our home.
