I needed 56 pieces to complete a job at my home, I spoke to Alex on the phone and he put me with Kari when I went to the showroom. Kari went above and beyond to find those pieces to match what I needed. It was a different company and looked better with my tile than the mosaic that was available in the same brand. I also got a very nice discount because it was a discontinued line. Thank you First Flooring for being professional and kind and truly wanting to help me with my issue. I should have gone to them first but will recommend them to everyone and I will go to them for carpet.

There is a reason that a company survives for over 60 years. Most of the reasons belongs to Dan (Mgr.), Sales Associates like Alex, and a host of other knowledgeable and courteous staff!! They took care of my tile job with solid advice with the utmost respect and professionalism. Thanks everyone!!

In a world of goods and services being in a shortage, Spanky's definitely continues to provide professional and quality services today. I started my journey with JOE HASAN who was my sales man and he even came over on his off hours to look at my house. I had LVP installed in my house. They did a wonderful job so I contracted them to my business. They finished my business and even work on Christmas and New Year Eve. DOUG and JERID SOGOR did an amazing job installing the LVP at my business! 5 STARS!!!!!

Had these guys come to our house today. They did our carpet and wow. What an amazing job. I highly recommend this place. The quality of the carpet and pad exceeded our expectations. Not to mention the gentleman that were here and did the work I wish I could remember there names. But what a great job.

Excellent customer service! Jill went above and beyond to help us out and was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Highly recommend based on the great experience alone!
