I run a call center in the states and OFFSHORE and my 3 calls to 50 floor were nothing but miserable. From my missed appointment to extreme hold times that advocate put me on. However once Jim got here from 50 floor he was amazing. We were originally only wanting to do one room, however now we are seriously considering the whole house. I will say I only took the the rescheduled appointment to be nice but I was so pleased with Jim! I truly believe he is an asset to the 50 floor team.

Tommy G delivers top-notch, authentic service! He has a great personality, pays close attention to detail, and was incredibly flexible while working for 50 floors. Truly a pleasure to work with!”

Absolutely Excellent to Work With!!! Ray came and measured for our quote. Super nice! All the in-store staff were wonderful as we looked at and took home samples. Great throughout the scheduling process. Juniors team did the install and it would be impossible for it to go any better!!! Nicest, most courteous, professional, knowledgeable crew ever. Extremely hardworking. Floors look great!!! 2% discount for cash or check. And ask about the coupon offer in the monthly magazine. Billing went smooth! Highly recommend! Will use for other rooms when I get to updating them!

Just had a rug made by this company. My experience from the sales people to the man who came to measure to the delivery was top notch! I would highly recommend them and when I am in need of rugs in the future, they will be my first choice!

I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for Daisy. She is amazing! I called her this morning for assistance with an order, and she was incredibly helpful. She took care of everything while my team was at the Brentwood location. Daisy consistently goes above and beyond in her role, so I hope you’ll keep her on your team. She does a fantastic job, and having professionals like her makes our work easier. That’s one of the reasons we prefer shopping at Floor and Decor over any other locations here in Nashville.

I visited Floor & Decor today. I didn’t really have a vision, just knew I wanted new floors. I was set on laminate the whole drive, but your Employee Ke was very understanding and knowledgeable. He made me change my mind and I ended up goin with the Nucore vinyl and both my wife and I love it. I recommend this store if you ever need floors or tile and if you need floors ask for Ke in the wood department he was a great help.

Thankful to Jonathan for being so helpful, patient and kind yesterday. I was nervous to need to pick up a large amount of materials with my 3 yr old in tow and he made the process so easy.
