Such a beautiful place to call home! The new brick and wood finishes give it a new, modern, industrial feel, and you really cannot beat this location. The team made me feel welcome from the second I walked in the door and it has continued throughout my lease. I highly recommend living here. (Great amenities, too!)

Been here going on 3 years and I couldn’t ask for a better place. The staff at the office are super kind, helpful and understanding. I truly recommend this place. You have laundry rooms in the building, community rooms with amenities, a nice gym and trash rooms in every floor for our convenience. No place is perfect of course but they’re always up for improvements. Big Kudos to Danny as well. The most respectful and hard working maintenance.

I lived in this property prior to the upgrades and what appears to be new management. I lived in a loft right on Taylor St. (24). Loved the industrial feel. The location was awesome especially now with the new casino opening. Sometimes there were scary moments with drunk people screaming at night but it was generally fine. Very unique property in a good location.

Got a tour of the place and it was great they answer all your questions very friendly and welcoming! beautiful modern studio literally ready to move in i personally loved it!! Plus they allow your pets which is amazing being able to have your fur baby live with you and give you that company in daily living is always a plus !! Thumbs up for me.

If you are looking for a newly renovated, pet friendly Studio apartment in West Springfield, The Courtyards is the perfect place for you. The community is well kept and absolutely beautiful. The office staff and maintenance take great pride in their work and truly care about all the residents in the community. And it’s nestled in a convenient location that is close to just about everything. As the community manager at Welby Park Estates, another Aspen Square community, I can assure you that you will receive top-notch customer service at The Courtyards. But don’t just take my word for it, schedule your private tour and see for yourself.

I think The Courtyards is the perfect place to call home! It is so close to everything you would need and offers gorgeous, modern studios. Friendly office staff makes the whole process of applying easy by answering all questions and offering help when needed. If you drive by the community, you can tell their maintenance takes great pride in keeping the property beautiful. Did I mention it is pet friendly and even has a dog park on property! As the community manager at Beacon Square, another Aspen Square community, believe me when I say, it is worth taking a tour!

COLONIAL ESTATES REVIEWS

This is a great place to raise middle aged children. Everyone is very friendly and the apartments are beautiful inside. However, I do not recommend these units if you have allergies or have small children with very strong allergies. I lived here almost 9 years and have very few complains. Although, the place is beautiful and the people are kind. I would rate them a 4 four star for uncontrolled spread of dirt due to lawn care and stray dog. Other then some other things I heard about the place that turned out not to be true this place is top on the list of best places you can live at in Springfield, MA.

It is a great place to live, apartments are well maintained, lawns are well groomed. The office staff is attentive to the residents and helpful.

I just move here is only been a week .and 4 days .but I love it is better than the city
