We had a very nice experience at Raymour & Flanigan! The service was excellent and the sales person (Mike Guido) was very helpful in helping us choose the right sofa and end table. He was not pushy in any way, and gave us the space we needed to discuss our options by ourselves and in private. He was a very kind and considerate person and wasn't in a hurry to make a sale. He was very professional and eager to help in any way. He answered all our questions about the items we chose to purchase and in our opinion gets 10 stars !!!!!! We always purchase items at Raymour & Flanigan, we've done it for years! If you want good quality, only purchase at Raymour & Flanigan!! Thank you for making our experience worthwhile once again!! What amazing service. Ana was our sales person and she gave us personal attention from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. She was patient and helpful as well as very knowledgeable. We tried several mattress and ask so many questions. I am extremely impressed with her work ethic and is a big part of the reason I bought the mattress. She followed up with immediate delivery. The delivery service was just as amazing Johnathan greeted me with a good morning and a smile. I asked if he could just move my old set to the garage his response was I am here to make you happy. Johnathan did an amazing job setting up our bed. Soon after we got the delivery we received a call from Anna making sure everything went fine. If you want great service and a knowledgeable sales person. I highly recommend going to this store.

Ana is an exceptional sales associate at Raymour & Flanigan on Boston rd. Her knowledge of the products were impressive, as she provided helpful recommendations tailored to my grandfathers needs. She is friendly, patient, and goes above and beyond to ensure a positive shopping experience. I highly recommend Ana to anyone looking for assistance with finding the perfect furniture for their home! Jose was awesome as well.

Fast friendly great super awesome. This is the third time I rewrote this so I’ll recap I first gave a great review then when I opened the packaging the remote to my sons remote controller toddler vehicle was slightly missing a button but it still worked and the button was inside the controller I think if i unscrew it and open it it would be a flush 100% east fix they safety wrapped all the items and loaded into the car so to be straight up they were well about and beyond customer service I mean the left the store to load it into my car for me and they are fun to talk to my uncle enjoyed them as well thank you and very much will be buying again.

Vanessa H. was amazing from start to finish. She followed up online with me even in the evening hours. She made sure to work the order out for me so that I could get the item I wanted. She went above and beyond to call me back and walk me through the process. I really believe that your employees are the heart of any company and when they give customers exemplary customer service it should be commended, especially when that isnt the case these days. I had walked into a "huge name" furniture store and didnt get even a quarter of the service I received from Dream Decor. Any time I called even the person answering was great!
