3 Best Hotels in Springfield, MA

I stayed here while participating in the annual SAI region 1 competition. They gave my singing partners and me adjoined rooms, and were extremely kind and thoughtful the entire weekend. I specifically want to highlight Diana at the front desk. When I left the hotel this morning I went to talk to her. Since many of us for this competition usually share rooms, we try to put each room on one card and divide costs among ourselves later, rather than ask the hotel to split the bill for us, to avoid creating longs lines in the lobby. When I asked Diana what the total cost would be she offered for me to take care of my share of the room, and parking, without any trouble- and assured me it would not be a problem at all. It made the check out process extremely easy and she was so kind about it. Thanks.

I love the hotel and location of it, but for the cost and parking costs, the Rooms need to be upgraded big time, old worn out furniture, lamps, etc, gotta keep up with the new hotels.

Walking distance from the Mass Mutual center. Very clean room and the air conditioner worked great. View was amazing overlooking the river.

Rooms are simple, small & very clean. Exactly what we were looking for! The hotel is also maintained very well and clean, thanks to the maintenance man who was very busy the entire 3 nights we stayed. He keeps the floors mopped and cleaned in the main lobby even with people tracking mud and snow in, keeps the main bathrooms clean and stocks the pool area. We had an issue with our toilet, and he was there as soon as I hung up the phone with the front desk to solve the problem. Kim is the bartender and she is phenomenal. She is super sweet and friendly and made an extra effort to take good care of us and our children while we were there. She even got my Birthday boy (6 years old) some oreos and sang to him as a special treat. The staff at the front desk are all very kind and accommodating as well. Breakfast was hot and yummy, with lots of options. We couldn't be happier with our stay.

My boyfriend and I always come to this hotel when we stay in Springfield and have had a wonderful experience every time. It is the only hotel we like to stay in due to the wonderful staff. This time 6/07/2025 we tried the hotel bar and our bartender Kim was amazing and friendly and makes a great drink. The entire staff is friendly and very accommodating.

This place is a great spot to relax and collect yourself. If you are looking for a great cost, great customer services. And the accept our pugs. The front desk is very helpful and informative. Look no further for your relaxing stay without issues.
