Wright Builders, Inc., is hands-down the builder of choice for energy efficient homes and craftsmanship. From our first meetings with their team until the final walkthroughs, WBI carefully guided us through the meticulous process of designing and building a beautiful, net-zero energy home. They thoughtfully consider each detail, provide excellent guidance, and approve only the highest quality from employees and subcontractors. Don't look beyond Wright Builders, Inc. if you need a renovation or new home in the area.

Love working with this company, I have worked with other construction companies in the area and wright builders stands out above some of the competitors for me. Wright builders has good subcontractors, good project managers, and their fees are comparable to their competitors. Their jobs are generally very tidy and on schedule. And the people are easy to deal with and communicative.

Melissa Caldwell, designer, was great to work with in the early stages of planning. She was encouraging, available for consultation and visiting local supply houses. Her easy, unhurried manner and good taste was a big help when I felt overwhelm with so many choices! Wright Builders does excellent work, is accountable for their (occasional) slip-ups and makes good on all that they promise. We asked for modifications on the existing floor plan that were executed very well. The team of craftspeople that Wright employs are personable, accomplished and very nice to have in your home! The quality of their workmanship and materials seems top notch. They don't skimp. The final product is really beautiful, livable, comfortable and we are proud to welcome our family and friends to our new home.

Jon was incredibly helpful to me with numerous projects. I reached out to him after I had a home inspection with a number of different things and he was able to take on, or put me in contact with great contractors for things that were outside his scope. The people he recommended for roofing, masonry, and fencing were all the people we chose to work, even after we took the time to shop around with other contractors. Jon also gave great pricing and thoughts on improvements to our deck and a bathroom remodel project which we plan to use him for. More than anything Jon was professional, communicative, and knowledgeable and I highly recommend his services to anyone regardless of what your project is. If he can't do it himself he will find you the right person.

Jon and his staff remodeled our bathroom and fireplace. He worked very collaboratively with us and was attentive to our preferences. We were away at the time of the construction, and communication regarding his work progress was excellent. Jon and his team's work is of the highest quality and detail. His work is creative and innovative. I would highly recommend Jon for any home renovation you might be considering.

Jon and his team at Legacy One Construction did an incredible job with this basement renovation and custom bar project! Jon’s design skills created an end result that far exceeded my expectations. The team was prompt and respectful, and communication throughout the project was excellent. I look forward to working with Jon again in the future.
