3 Best Bridal Shops in Springfield, MA

I came to David's Bridal on March 24 to pick out Mother of the Groom wedding gown. My personal assistant, Kaitlin M. was so very nice, personable and very experienced in finding just the right gown for my personality. I happened to mention to Kaitlin about a separate event I am attending and she brought me some fun and flirty dresses for that occasion. I appreciate Kaitlin and the amazing customer care she gave to me and the bride's mom too! I bumped into Kaitlin today 4/15 for an alteration appt and she remembered me! Now THAT is exemplary customer care!!! I highly recommend David's Bridal for your formal event needs. EVERYONE is super nice including the seamstresses!

Carlos, the manager of the West Springfield store, was very accommodating and had a knack for problem solving with a cheery, pleasant demeanor. He had a calming effect, which we greatly appreciated. Svetlana, one of the seamstresses we worked with, was super patient and highly skilled. We felt like we were in very good hands at this David’s Bridal.

My sister is my maid of honor and this was our second time to David’s bridal to try to find her a dress as she is very picky. This time our consultant Kaitlin was absolutely amazing and attentive! Any questions we had she was there to answer and she had so many great suggestions that really helped my sister find her dream dress! We are so thankful for her time and she really gave us the best experience at David’s bridal!

It was a magical experience! Jason and his mother were personable, knowledgeable, professional, and fun. They were totally focused on my needs and happiness as the bride-to-be, answering all my questions, listening to all my feedback, and giving me styling / design tips. I had the best experience here! Everyone was attentive and they went above and beyond to make sure I found my dream dress, which I did! All the dresses I tried on were amazing quality I was very impressed with the whole experience! I will suggest this wedding shop to everyone!

Wedding Dreams had a huge selection of affordable dresses. The salesman wasn’t pushy at all and I was the only bride in the store so I didn’t need to fight for dresses. I would absolutely recommend!

Tracey was my bridal consultant. It was my first time ever trying on bridal gowns. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process and is amazing at her job! I ended up finding my dress at a different shop, but had such a nice experience at the Bridal Corner that I had to come on and write a review. The dresses I tried on were beautiful in style and quality. I would highly reccomend booking yourself an appointment

My experience at Bridal Corner was the kind of experience every little girl dreams of! I found my dream wedding dress and truly felt like a princess throughout the whole experience. Bryanna Vazquez is an incredible stylist who made me feel very comfortable and pretty the whole day. The entire staff was friendly and kind, and very accommodating to not only myself but to my bridal party as well. We all had a successful day and I would highly recommend Bridal Corner to any bride who is looking for an intimate, relaxing dress shopping experience!
