I recently got my care fixed after being hit by a Deer. Rick's took my car in immediately and said it would take about three weeks. I was called a week and half later and it was ready. They did a fabulous job. It looked awesome. They even painted my mirror on the other side of my car that had nothing to do with the deer accident. Inside of my care was even cleaned up and it smelled great. The service was very pleasant and I want to thank them again for taking such good care of me.

Hands down best body shop In the area I had my car fixed a couple days ago and they did an awesome job. Not to mention the staff are awesome very friendly and customer service oriented they really do treat you like family here hats off to Rick for such an amazing establishment.

They were really nice to me and I put them in a pretty bad situation. I had to do something and it was kind of a hassle for them and they still treated me very well. So I would say 10 out of 10. I mean they fixed the car and everything in a timely manner.

Fixed my car in a reasonable time, worked with me and my insurance company. They had multiple methods for payment and offer a lifetime warranty! Not to mention they cleaned up my car a bit, not what I was expecting but was a very welcomed surprise. Their team made the process so much smoother than I had anticipated, Emily and Seth who answered my calls, were very knowledgeable and helpful, solving any question or issue I encountered. Definitely going to keep them in mind going forward.

Great team. Communicates well. The parts of the repair process that they can control, they do it very well. They communicate very well with your insurance company and you as the customer. They can’t always control how long it takes for parts to come in, but they are very upfront with that. Very professional. I’ve used them twice now and will continue to use them if I need future repairs.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating staff all around from the office to the garage. Timely and amazing repair work. I was kept updated at every step and they even followed up with me a couple weeks after the repairs were completed. Highly recommended.

This locally owned shop is outstanding. Dave and his team do great and quality work. They genuinely care about their customers and the work that they put forward. This is my third time taking my car to this shop and every time I pick up my car, I walk out with a smile. The customer service is spectacular and they take pride in the work that they do. They fix little scratches, big dents and even do inspections. I recommend this auto work shop, especially because of the end results; you won't be disappointed.

I took my car in for a number of little dents and dings and scrapes around the car. Worked with John and he was great to work with ! They were reasonable and did the work quickly and I am very pleased! I was so pleased took my daughters car in for bumper repair immediately after mine was fixed! Highly Recommend! Great group to work with.

Awesome service. Had bumper and light replaced. In on Wednesday and picked up Thursday night. Great job. Paint matched perfectly. Highly recommend.
