Took my cat Poe in to get groomed. They did an amazing job. I never knew I had to get my cat periodically groomed with the changing of the seasons so he wouldn't get matted. The pricing was awesome and they got back to me so quickly go make an appointment. They brushed out so much hair and he came back looking so handsome and happy! He is glowing and his temperament is so much better now. Can't wait to bring my other cat and pup here.

Our fur baby Koko goes here and they take very good care of her. Not expensive and also friendly informative staff. This is her BEFORE her cut. ill update with an after shot.

Loved their service. They booked my Oddie in within 2 days notice. They were good to him & trained me on brushing him. They also found an ear infection & let me know so that I could take him to the vet. Definately recommend this place & will continue to take my puppy there.

Big shout out to the new owner Jennifer, groomers Allie and Gina and the rest of the groomers who I have yet to meet. Keep up the great work! See you on the next appointment.

Love Soapy Dog Spa! Jen and her team are fantastic. My dog doesn’t have panic attacks anymore which is huge! I love how they smell when I pick them up! Lasts long too.

Excellent place to bring your fur kids/friends. They will go above and beyond to take care, make comfortable, treat your pet with love and respect. My pittie loved it. Highly recommend. -Taco.

The Pawspaw in Springfield MA. Great experience start to finish. They are super busy (for very obvious reasons) and they don’t have a receptionist, so please be patient (I was very eager) I have a young 3 legged cat that needs hygiene help because of her disability. I started having a hard time keeping up, so i finally hunted for a groomer for her. Many people on local pages recommended them. They have a 5 star rating. They are SO friendly and so good with animals. Definitely will be returning.

Always a great experience here. So friendly and great with my cat. I forgot about my appointment to bring my cat in and they were able to squeeze him in the same day at a later time. Great customer service and friendly professional staff.

They are awesome here. These ladies have taken care of my cats through the pandemic and I can't speak highly enough of them.
