I used them for driving time and sponsor for the exam. I passed, with some great support from William. Nash, the customer service/sales/phone person was phenomenal! I had a situation outside of the normal, which I must say she handled with expertise, kindness, and understanding! She is true gem with phenomenal customer service skills! Appreciate everyone's help, promptness and ease of making this all happen!

My husband and I had an excellent experience with Winchester Auto School. Being experienced drivers ourselves, we only needed to rent a car with a sponsor. We visited their office two days ago to schedule today's road test appointment. David served as our sponsor, and we couldn't have been more pleased with his assistance. He was not only courteous but also highly professional, helping us become acquainted with the car and the road. David also provided us with invaluable tips to prepare for the road test. As a result of his guidance and support, both my husband and I successfully passed the road test. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to David and the entire team at Winchester Auto School.

If I could give more than five starts, I would. Winchester Auto school is an amazing school with amazing and friendly people. They were super helpful throughout the road test process, and helped me pass. William was an excellent and patient instructor. He truly gave me the confidence to be calm and relaxed for my test. He will teach you all the skills to pass on site. He was even able to help me last minute with my parallel parking skills, and it came out great during the test. I 100% recommend this school!!

As a student from united driving school, i would highly recommend choosing this school if you really want you child to be in good hands, my driving instructor, Danielle was by far the best driving instructor i could ask for, not a single time was i nervous or scared, she always had us calm and in control, i learned so much from her i cant thank her enough, 10/10 experience, would highly!!!!! Recommend her as your driving instructor .

Thanks to United Driving School in Springfield, MA, i finally got my license !! A special thanks to the ladies at the front desk, Robert and his online course, he’s a wonderful teacher, and has a good sense of humor. Thanks to Fred, Glori, Sam, and Julia. They all were helpful and taught me different tricks to help with things like parallel parking, 50ft back, blind spots, and lane changes. I am forever grateful to the wonderful United Driving Staff !! I definitely recommend this driving school of patient and helpful instructors :).

Teacher Danielle Smith was an excellent instructor. She explained everything clearly and made sure I understood before moving on to the next slide. She helped me understand many things and always went above and beyond to make sure her students learned. She is friendly, patient, and dedicated. I highly recommend her and the West Springfield location.

My instructors (Alex Rodriguez and Nicole) were wonderful! I felt very at ease throughout the lesson, and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I learned a lot of techniques to practice for my license test, and I have confidence that I will be able to replicate the maneuvers on my own in the future thanks to the instruction.

Javier in west Springfield gave great instruction. Very patient helped me improve my driving skills. Best instructor I have had yet.
