I lost a small diamond from my ring just a few weeks before my wedding and was so stressed. I took it to Hannoush, and they not only fixed it with an incredibly quick turnaround but made it look brand new! I couldn’t be happier with their service and highly recommend them.

Linda was fabulous! I had a great experience. I was able to take my time looking at rings and figuring out what I liked with the guidance of someone very knowledgeable, who listened to my concerns/thoughts and made suggestions based on what might work for me. I never felt rushed or pressured- I don't often feel comfortable going into jewelry stores, but this time I did! Picking out a wedding ring was actually fun.

We had a really great experience with Keelin! She took the time to help us pick out the perfect ring, and answered all of our questions! She took great care of us. Everyone there is extremely friendly. We have bought all of our jewelry from Hannoush, their quality is top notch.

I had an amazing experience at Kay Jewelers on Boston Road! I stopped in to have my wedding rings inspected and cleaned, and they came back absolutely sparkling—my diamonds have never looked better! While I was there, I was also looking for a necklace for my son. Christina was incredibly patient, taking the time to show me several different options until we found the perfect one. She made sure it would arrive before our special event, which I truly appreciated. A huge thank you to both Christina and Juli for their outstanding customer service. They made me feel welcomed, valued, and never rushed. If you’re looking for exceptional service and a team that truly cares about their customers, I highly recommend visiting Kay Jewelers on Boston Road. They have the best team ever.

I have worked with Eric Stevens and his staff over the years and they have helped me to find some of the most beautiful pieces of jewelry that I own. And I always feel like I am getting great quality for a fair price. Their Customer Service is outstanding. They have become like good friends over the years. If you haven't visited the showroom on Elm Street in West Springfield, stop in. It's the only place that I shop for my jewelry.

We had a very good experience. Our salesperson was knowledgeable, kind and welcoming. She helped my wife decide to choose the perfect diamond earrings.
