Allegro at Jack London Square

I’m giving it five stars because in the first year living at Allegro we met beautiful people we have the pleasure to call dear friends. The community, the people here are wonderful. When we move, the community will be what we miss the most. The maintenance team is a rock star - so quick to help! The leasing office has been helpful in the four years we’ve been here. When we were isolating, they brought packages to the door; the printer in the break room is broken so they print stuff for me, and always assist via email. The neighborhood is lovely too! So many fabulous taprooms-Tiger’s, I’m looking at you-and breweries.

The leasing process was seamless. Moving in was easy and the apartment was clean. Upon move in there was some cosmetic issues in the apartment, however, the staff was able to schedule maintenance in a timely fashion. Majority of my maintenance requests have been completed within 24 hours or less. The staff is super responsive and friendly. I like how secure the apartment building is and I think it's a good place to live overall.

I had a great experience living here! The staff was incredibly responsive to my needs and went above and beyond to make sure any of my concerns were addressed promptly. Overall, this was a great place to live in a nice part of town - JLS!
