Cortland Grand River

Cortland Grand river was one of the best apartment I have had the opportunity to live at. I was bottom floor with a mountain view in building 11. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Josh and Cristian on the maintenance team are always working hard to keep the place running. Resort style pool was amazing in the summer, and I the free coffee in the clubhouse was a nice touch. (I admittedly got coffee more than I care to admit) all and all 10/10 would recommend.

Colorado in itself is such a beautiful place and at Courtland Grand River complex you get to enjoy the view and fresh air. Tons of things to do and their apartments are beautifully done! Also their maintenance man James Champagne is an awesome guy. Always professional and does a great job!

I’ve lived here since October 2022 and have had a great experience. Everyone has been really accommodating and maintenance has been quick and responsive. Jared especially goes out of his was to keep the grounds clean and come up with solutions to make things easier on residents
