Upon entering the store, I was greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere that immediately made me feel comfortable. My visit was primarily to have a cherished pendant repaired, and I was fortunate enough to be assisted by April Kirksey. April's expertise truly shone through during our interaction. She took the time to carefully examine the pendant and listened attentively as I shared its sentimental value. Within just 10 minutes, she skillfully addressed the issue and thoroughly explained the repair process, ensuring I felt informed and reassured. What impressed me the most was her technical prowess, professionalism, and friendly demeanor. April's positive attitude and genuine passion for her work made the experience more enjoyable. After completing the repair, she kindly walked me to the door, exemplifying the customer care they strive to provide. I am beyond impressed with the quality of service I received at Luisa Graff Jewelers. I highly recommend them for all your jewelry needs, as they truly understand the importance of the pieces they work on and the people who wear them!

We had such a pleasant experience with Luisa Graff Jewelers!! We always felt welcome, our questions were always answered without out judgement or feel like we inconvenienced anyone. Rain was who helped us; she was so kind, so helpful, and patient. We never felt pressure to buy anything or pick something specific. Rain was there to help us truly find and listen to what we wanted vs trying to sell a piece of jewelry. She helped us pick out the perfect wedding set, customize it, and it came in absolutely beautiful! They will be my go to Jeweler moving forward. Best customer service!!!

Lacey was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout my entire process. She made the experience enjoyable and seamless. I wasn’t sure what my new fiancé’s ring size was, but Luisa Graff helped me figure the resizing process and even finished it a week sooner than they normally do. I highly recommend Johannes Hunter Jewelers for all your jewelry needs. I asked them to build a custom ring to work around my current wedding ring. The knowledge, experience, confidence, and creativity they exhibited was so reassuring. Their friendly staff (thanks Jennifer) and owners made the entire experience positive and memorable. They created a beautiful piece of jewelry that enhanced my wedding ring perfectly and made gorgeous cocktail studs from diamonds I already had. I know I will cherish both these pieces forever!

I've been a customer for a few years. Every experience has been exceptional. Robin and all her staff are very good at listening to my needs and working to accomplish them. We've done so many things with them...repairs, custom design, modifications, and unique gifts. They are our jewelers for as long as we're here!

So impressed with Johannes Hunter Jewelers! I had a center stone that was loose and they tightened it, checked all my other diamonds and polished and deep cleaned my ring so nicely. Plus all of the ladies that I worked with were so sweet and provided amazing customer service. If you need any jewelry repaired this is the place to do it!

The quality of their jewelry is consistently top-tier, and the customer service is on another level. You never feel like just another sale they genuinely take care of you and make sure you’re getting exactly what you want. Dan and his team run an incredible shop. If you want great pricing without sacrificing quality (which is rare), Legacy & Co Jewelers is the place to go. Highly recommend.

Went in for some help with some jewelry I inherited and they were so helpful. Were quick to help sort through what was valuable and what was costume and so knowledgeable and careful about each piece. Didn’t pressure me at all to sell anything, just helped me make sense of what all I had. Highly recommend! Will be back!
