I had been to floor trader in the past and got some great carpet remnants. I wanted to get a black carpet for my SUV when I fold the seats down. I met with Kay Wood, assistant manager. She didn’t have any remnants, but had a roll of black carpet. I had made a rough measurement of my SUV floor and she had the carpet cut to size. I paid for the carpet and put it in my SUV, and to my dismay, it was 6 inches short in width. I felt so stupid! I thought I was gonna be at a complete loss. I went back and told Kay what happened and asked what I could do. She said there was the other part of the roll that had the twine tiedown marks on it which couldn’t be used, but it was larger than the Carpet that I bought. She was so kind to just give me an even exchange for the second piece of carpet! This made my day and I appreciate Kay’s kindness so much! She reassured me that we’re all only human and we make mistakes. The carpet in the photo is the second carpet that’s larger.

We had a dishwasher leak that caused us to have to get a new floor. We looked around trying to find a time similar to the one we had and stumbled upon Floor Craft. Dru was super helpful and very nice as we searched for the tile we wanted. He came out to measure and we decided we were going to replace the carpet on our stairs that our dog had chewed up when he was a puppy, at the same time. Dru was super helpful at helping us pick out a carpet that they had in stock for our stairs. The installers that did the tile and the ones that did the carpet did an awesome job!! We are super happy and are already planning our next flooring project with Floor Craft!! Thank you all so much, you turned a situation that really had bummed us out to be a great experience!!

We recently bought our first home and were looking to change out all the carpet for vinyl plank flooring. Floor Craft was extremely helpful and friendly [we worked specifically with Luke and Jerry], and the installation was done beautifully and efficiently. Installation of course will depend on the flooring picked, but we were so thankful that the process from picking the flooring to having it all installed was under a month, as we were able to have the flooring done before moving in. We couldn't be happier with our new floors!
