It was an easy process. I booked an appointment with Jana online. We had some conversation over the phone to get prequalified and the next morning we were test driving. I drove away that afternoon. The process was efficient and I was only at the dealership for an hour or two while finishing paperwork, and Corbin’s team cleaned it up and filled the tank. I highly recommend booking online and starting the process before coming in if someone has a mind to buy. Corwin made it easy and enjoyable. Also, Jana is an amazing Rep and made us feel at home by being warm and open through the whole process. She was very understanding and worked with our "dynamic" schedule. She knows her stuff and made us feel confident in our decision.

The sales experience from Big Jim was top notch from beginning to end. We appreciated his responsiveness and knowledge of the vehicle we eventually bought. Don Peterson was great with the options that were installed after the sale. His team did outstanding work on the tinting and clear bra protection. A great experience.

We worked with Jeremy Rower on a purchase of a new car and later I returned to him when I needed to replace another vehicle, this time with a used car Both times he extended patience as I worked through exactly what I wanted and took the initiative to ensure I found it. Ultimately, I was extremely pleased with both purchases.

Now I don’t have to listen to the constant squealing of the pulleys anymore. Also you got it covered by the warranty, which the other dealership wasn’t going to do. I am very grateful for the expediency and the overall service. I recommend to anyone having vehicle issues to visit the crew at Phil Long Ford’s Service Department, They will take very good care of you.

Great experience getting my car repaired here. Bradley was very good with communicating with me about the part arriving and time of my appointment. When the work was completed I received a phone call. Nice work.

HEUBERGER SUBARU REVIEWS

Timmy was our salesman and made our car-buying process go smoothly and efficiently. He was great to work with and we were cracking each other up the whole time. The service department replaced rear brake pads, did a super thorough detail job, and had the car ready for us the same day even though we came in the afternoon. On top of all that, the coffee bar is great, the indoor koi pond area is super cool, and finance was really easy to work with as well. Thanks Heuberger and thanks Timmy, you have earned our business for years to come.
