I purchased two beds from mattress firm last week. The gentleman that helped me was very attentive, listen to my needs and then made suggestions. I tried at least six different mattresses in the store. I selected one in two different sizes. I am very happy with the way I was treated as well as for the discount he gave me. There was no pressure to buy something and I appreciate that the gentleman stayed later than the store hours to finish up my purchase. I can't say enough good things about Jim. He helped my hubby and I find the perfect mattresses. One for me and one for him. My husband was having bilateral hip pain and not in the best mood. Jim was able to evaluate his pressure points with a program, listen to my husband's preferences and save our time by making mattress recommendations. With his help, my husband found the perfect mattress! Me too. Jim was familiar with our old mattresses and helped us remove the old and replaced it with our new mattresses, in record time! Jim the owner is extremely friendly and knows his stuff. Told him I've always got used mattresses and I wanted new. Went through my sleeping positions and tried multiple mattresses. The one he helped me find I've never slept so good and comfortable highly recommend that you stop at this local shop before anyone else.
