HONEST ACCURATE AUTO SERVICE REVIEWS

A friend of my wife recommended Honest Accurate Auto Service to us. I had the alignment on my truck performed by them and they were every bit as wonderful as advertised! Heath was very friendly, knowledgeable and honest with everything! They performed a full inspection on my truck as well as vacuuming and cleaning my windows in addition to the alignment. A comprehensive report was provided on future maintenance to be considered. I was never pressured to complete anything additional. It was so refreshing to be treated as a valuable customer! I highly recommend them and will be using them for all of our future automotive maintenance!.

They have the perfect shop name—‘Honest Accurate Auto Service.’ They truly are honest and will treat your car as if it were their own. I brought my car in to have the heater fixed because I thought something was wrong with it, but they honestly told me that’s just how the heater works—and they didn’t charge me for that. I also thought there was a leak in my car’s engine, but they honestly assured me there was no leak. They also offer a transport service if you’re dropping off your car and will pick you up if you really need a ride. I rate them 10/10 for their excellent service.

Work was quick, thorough and completed within agreed time. I trust these mechanics and the staff for good prices, great customer service and effectual service - all the time. Ted is my ‘go to guy’ for clarity, patience and working knowledge of all the details.

SERVICE STREET AUTO REPAIR REVIEWS

The service advisors and technician took great care of my vehicle. I was able to replace all four tires, get an alignment, an oil change, and replace my front brakes within 24 hours. The Lyft service they offer is very convenient and helpful. Nicole was excellent and helped me apply for financing and helped me save a bit on services and told me about the rebates available. If you're looking for all in one service, I would recommend Service Street.

Nicole was amazing! She was very kind and professional. Nicole was very helpful and kept me informed as soon as they found anything or completed the checks I asked for. Every time I go to service street it is a pleasant experience. They’re always transparent about costs and do a good job explaining what needs to be done. They have also dropped me off at my home and picked up my vehicle for service free of charge.

Originally I had been overcharged for something they did not even fix. However, after I left a review the owner had contacted me and wanted to make things right. I have never experienced that before with a car shop and I really appreciated it. They changed out my brakes (I had already bought the parts) and did an oil change for free to make up for it. They seem like an honest business because they could have chosen not to have done any of those things like other places do, but they did and I think that says something about them.
