From the sales team to Colten and his work partner Window World is amazing. They were very polite and courteous. Colten and his work partner were great and the work they did should be the standard for all window installers to follow. All the windows are straight, level, clean and sealed up. When the install was done they cleaned up all their mess and even put the lawn furniture back. I would highly recommend Window World to anyone.

We recently had Pella windows installed in our home and overall we’re quite pleased with our decision. Thomas the sales representative, did a great job in giving all the information we needed to come to a decision to going with Pella. The first thing we notice was the quality of the windows. They feel solid and well-built. We also noticed a significant drop in our energy bills. We can definitely feel the difference! The installation team did a great job too! They cleaned up after themselves, professional people and polite. Chris the Installation Manager, was easy to work with and Gave some helpful advice for our window. During inspection, Chris saw some things to fix and the next day we had the installer came to fix it. We haven’t had any issues since. He is also flexible in time for inspection which we really appreciate. Pella windows are definitely an investment but we feel confident with our decision to end up with Pella! Overall we are highly satisfied.

We had amazing service from Ethan with Mountain View Pella! He gave us a call before arriving and greeted us in a very professional and friendly manner. Most importantly, however, he was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and careful with his work. We were expecting just a quote for what service needed to be done, but he was able to fix our patio screen door on the spot and had time to fix our front storm door, too. We will request Ethan if we need work done on our Pella fixtures in the future. What a great person!.

Evan and his crew (Serg, Zach, Evan, Joe, Mike) came to install our front door and rear front door and did an amazing job! Super professional cleaned up after themselves once they were done and gave us a good tour of how to use the doors properly. Very professional and very good at what they do.
