We loved the selection of furniture at Furniture Row. The Keaton did engage with us, but my wife and I asked for a lot of space so we could discuss our needs privately. The Keaton respected our wishes and when they engaged. The Keaton (and whole team) was kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. The variety of the types of living room furniture was a lot closer to what we were looking for compared to another competitor that we visited first. Also the lighting was great. The spotlights weren't distracting compared to the other competing store. I'm a Furniture Row customer/fan, my wife wasn't. I think I converted her.

First of all I want to say Troy is amazing! He was very attentive, helped with all our questions, and quoted out all our requests all while helping multiple other couples in the store. He was very knowledge about all the couches we looked at and went above and beyond showcasing the features of each. Delivery is timely and he helped us by recommending a hauling service as well. The store itself has a huge collection with something for everyone.

Troy was very helpful and no pressure salesman. He made sure we got exactly what we needed. He even went around the whole store to find a different pillow without a dent in it. He was very easy to do business with and highly recommend.

Jared and Haley did a phenomenal job of helping us select furniture and fabrics for our mountain townhome living room and master bedroom. They were positive, professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. They listened and provided options. It was so helpful to actually see the pieces rendered on the computer so we could really see how our selections would look. And they made it fun! The quality of the furniture is excellent. Highly recommend.

After a total living room buildout with new La-Z-Boy furniture (and loved it), we added a new powered rocking recliner. They had the style and fabric. We wanted in stock which led to a fast delivery. The staff is always really outstanding and we would highly encourage anyone to visit there. The styles are nice, but most importantly, the chairs and sofas are unparalleled for comfort.
